IThe TRACT UP is a compact ascender that allows rope ascent. It allows the recovery and lifting of light loads and can be used as a recovery ascender during hauling or rescue maneuvers. In ascender mode, its breaking load is 4kN. This blocker can be used for crevasse rescue. However, the BACK UP LINE 5mm rope slips at 250kg.
